Does this happen to anyone?

Where you wake up screaming, and can't remember the dream? It happens a lot to me, every couple months. The one time DH thought someone was in the room ready to kill us it was so bad.

I have no clue why I do it, and I don't know anyone else that does. What could it be caused by?

I occasionally have dreams about bad things happening, and wake up crying.
I wonder if they are just worries that you keep locked away and they come out in your subconscious, if that makes sense.

never personally done ot but ds and oh occasiionally shout out in there sleep get off me and start going mad kicking and punching so i try n calm um they wake up and have no idea of what they were dreaming about :-/
