We used it a few months back and after we ordered our phone we read a whole tonne of bad reviews so we were really worried. We ordered the HTC Sensation XE for £18.50 a month on the Friday, we received it on the following Monday! Just make sure you cancel any extra charges immediately and read all the small print. We never bothered with the whole cash back thing because it worked out that it wasn't worth it. Our contract is now only £15.50 a month on 02 because we cancelled our mobile data.

We haven't had any problems at all so I am going to use it again soon to get another contract.
