Dog training advice

I have an 18 month old golden.retriever cross and he's sooo naughty! He just doesn't listen to me at all no matter how many times I shout his name, he ignores me! (He deffo knows hisname) he lies allover the furniture and when I tell him to get dowb he completely ignore me untill the point I have to phsyically carry him from the furniture. He barks at every little noise and is awful on the lead. Ifwe see another dog anywhere he goes crazyy! I dony know what to do anymore, I've tried rewardong him for good behaviour, telling him ib a stern.voice, putting him.in another room when he's naughty, I jist feel like screaming at him. Does anyone have any advice? Thankyouu! Xx

Maybe watch some Cesar Milan or Victoria Stilwell or check their websites.. as far as I know they have books too! I got some really good tips from their shows!

wss watching victoria stillwell helped me loads. before we got our dog i watched all the cesar milan(didn't help/results didn't last) and read every book i could get my hands on but the stuff on 'it's me or the dog' really made a difference. also..... super nannys techniques....
