Doh Vinci gone wrong

Today Dec and I made the gingerbread doh vinci house, it didnt go as well as we planned It says in the instructions to keep the house flat will working on it so we did but now we cant build it because with the doh in place there is nowhere to hold and we cant get the roof on because of the doh
I honestly dont know how you would put the doh on after you build it, it was frustrating enough doing it while flat

It is pretty though, I could never get it looking that nice. I don't even attempt projects like that because it would end up looking so crap.
