Do you know if mobile phones automatically change themselves?

my brothers having a stress attack because hes got work tomorrow morning, and don't know whether to set his clock back himself before he goes to bed or whether it will do itself !!

it depends, did he set the time on his fone when he first got it? If he did, then he should change the time himself before he goes to bed.
If he didnt, then its prob a satellite one that updates itself

My OH said its coz of the farmers...but is that true?

AND it means for me ill be up at 4.30 instead of 5.30 and then ill have 2 hours before i have to start leaving for work which means ill be tired and worn out...
