Don't know what's going on. I could cry someone help!!!

Hello there I am new to this sight.
My partner and I are TTC. I have two lovely boys already. 8 and 14 years old so it's been a long time since I was pregnant last.
Anyway I really thought I was pregnant this time. I had all the symptoms
Sick,hungry, peeing, really sore boobs even to the point of slight colostrum leak on my left side. Spots really bad moods. I had what I thought was implantation pains about a week after ovulation All the timing was right. I am dew my PM In 3/4 days. I started bleeding yesterday which never happens to me.
It isn't what I call period blood. It's brownish with kinda clots I'm sorry it's gross
The clots looked like it had veins in. Also creamy CM kinda lumpy like porridge sorry again. Today I am still bleeding but again it's not normal period for me.

Please can someone tell me what is going on. Any help or advice please

have you recently come off birth control? it could be implantation bleeding, or it could simply be your hormones adapting after bc.
