Hey everyone!
So for the 14 years that I've had a cycle (I have PCOS and Endo), my periods have always been a full 7 days and I have menorhagia so I bleed about 200 ml every single time.
This year in particular, early in the year, I was trying out different types of birth control. My periods were extremely abnormal when I was doing this. None of the bc I liked, so in August I stopped taking everything all together to let my body just.... be.
Since then my periods have been VERY short and light. Like 2 days, I might dump my cup out maybe twice on the second day, and just spotting for a day.5 ish.
Anybody have any ideas? I've never experienced short, light periods, but the last 5 have all been this way. (2 days. 3 days, 2,2,2.5,)
I'm seeing a doctor at the end of the month, so I'm asking, just wanted to ask all of you as well.
