I would love to be able to do these myself too as they are so fab, but I have a feeling you might need some special software that you have to buy in order to actualy make them.

just use photoshop or paint shop pro you can download them for free if you look around online, then just mess around til you figure out what your doing,

i just download images and stuff off google and put pictures and stuff in, you can buy scrapbook images online or you can find stuff for free x

Scrapblog is a good one. You can also get graphics programs like previous posters suggested. There are also tutorials you can find online to help give you an idea of how to do siggy tags.
