Doubt over paternity

Sorry, I just need to vent this.

Ex told me the other day how in the past month both his nan and his mum have questioned Louie's paternity AGAIN because I wouldn't give Louie ex's middle name (this is actually nothing to do with paternity... more to do with the fact ex begged me to abort him because he was having an affair).

It doesn't offend me, if they want to think I'm the type of person who gets married then jumps into bed with the first person conveniently situated (a bit like their precious boy did), then they can think that. What does wind me up though, is the POV from Louie's perspective.

How dare they insinuate that he's nothing to do with them. They've never bothered to see him or brought him anything (they did for our 3 other children) and it's obvious why... They think I'm made of the same lying cheating makeup as the ex is!

Tbh, I'd love for them to demand a DNA, it would actually make my day to see their smug preconceived opinions wiped out of their minds and for them to realise that they have a grandson that they've never even bothered to lay their eyes upon. Sick individuals :growlmad:

Rant over, I feel better now.

Oooo, how frustrating. If they really want to know why dont they just pay for the test?

Like you say imagine how they would feel if they foudn out they had blanked him for no reason??? Idiots x

They sound awful!!!

They'll be the ones that will regret all the time the lost with Louie and have the guilt that they left him out!
Then again they sound like the kind of people who will find a way of making it your fault!!

Stay strong hun, you know the truth! Just tell them you will have a DNA test done as long as they pay for it.
My ex (who left me) is demanding a DNA test on our planned baby!! It made me so sad especially as he's telling people and they're assuming he left me cos I slept around (something that he is doing now!!)
I wish the baby wasn't his!! Then I can get shot of his nasty arse but now lumbered with him for life!!!

Hugs :hugs:

Punch of small minded twits!

How dare they judge you by his standards!!
I wouldn't dream of giving my child someones name who said all that and cheated!
They need the smile wiped off their faces, and if it came to DNA tests they pay, and i hope they feel bloody guilty..

xx

That's the thing. I NEVER would have cheated on him. I married him because I genuinely wanted to spend the rest of my life with him and rather stupidly I assumed he felt the same. Why would I throw that away and jump into bed with someone else? And why on bloody earth would his mum and nan be suggesting that? When was I getting the time to do all this cheating?... Inbetween blending Ozzie's weaning meals and picking up Ella from school?

I've asked him again about it and he reckons it was only 'asked', he corrected and they never mentioned it again... *cough*.

I suppose with them like that though Louie's better off without them. I think there was a reason they never got him anything when he was born and never made any effort to see him. That on it's own speaks volumes, without even starting on the paternity hints.

Maybe they are ashamed of their son/grandson, cheating on his wife, they are hoping you did the same so he had 'reason' to cheat/ didn't look so much of a cheating scum bag....

Maybe think you had a spare 5 mins on the school run to meet a man!! silly f**king muppets! You went into marriage being the loving wife/great mother just to get shitted on and yet you get made out to be the bad one...

Little man is so better off without them, and one day when he is older enough and if he wants to ask questions i hope they are ashamed of themselves....

Jeremy Kyle, would kick their ass all over the stage....

You didn't do anything wrong, and deep down they know it too...
