down to 2 names.... ur opinion please

I like them both. Why 'Hollie' rather than 'Holly' though? She might have to say 'Hollie with an ie' every time someone needs to take her name...

DH also said this- im not sure i just like the way it looks(sounds strange now iv wrote that):dohh:

DH made me laugh when he said "is she gona be able to buy all that novelty crap with her name on when she is 6yrs old if her name is spelt with 'ie' and not 'y'

my vote goes to hollie, lovely name! Heidi reminds me of the goat herder, sorry!
xxxxx

much prefer it spelt with an ie and you can get things with it on! We were having that name until my best friend just used it for her daughter who was born a few weeks ago.

I just think it looks a bit more classy- Hollie, Holly.

I like them both but prefer Heidi. My maiden name was Smith and I think it's nice to have something a bit more unusual as a first name.

i teach and ive met loads of Hollies but never any Heidis so id go with that a bit more unique xx

thanks for all ur relpies ladies. i think the majority of u prefer Hollie and i am swaying more to Hollie but Heidi is still hanging around as it is unusual.
thanks again.x x x x
