DPO for people who did Trigger shot. ADVICE PLEASE

I had a trigger shot on the 12th of HCG. I was thinking my DPO would start on 13th. But I did some digging and now I am seeing people saying 36 hours from the shot. This would put me at 14th as DPO 1. I am so confused. I don't know if I am 13 DPO right now or 15 DPO. My doctor didn't tell me when to start counting.

Any advice?

After 36 hours sounds about right for ovulation to happen. I thought for sure when I had it done I would O sooner but nope. In about 24 to 30 hours I was in O pain. But I thought I would O in like 10 hours due to the pain. So I think its alright to say O day 36 hours after trigger. Its a good time period to go by. FX you made a lil rainbow!!!
