DPO when does it start

This may be a silly question and probably been asked before but I couldn't find an answer.

I know CD1 starts on the first day of af, but when does 1dpo start? Is it the day you O or the day after? For example if I O'd on Monday (yesterday) is today 1dpo or 2dpo?

1DPO is the first day after ovulation. So if you O'd yesterday today would be 1DPO.
