I got a positive first response opk yesterday and today my answer test opk turned positive. Would I count today as 1dpo or tomorrow or the next day?

that has always confused me also! LOL..... I count the day after my positive OPK. I have not been testing because of some tests that came back on us leading us to most likely IVF, so I go by symptoms now (I always spot during ovulation so when I spot I know its happening)...

Cd18 today...I got another positive Answer opk! But...now I don't know whether to still count today as 1dpo? Should I ovulate 12-36 hours after my first or my last positive opk? Wish I could see what was going on in there. Or maybe my boobs changed colors at the exact moment of ovulation! I hate this guessing and waiting game.

Are you temping? Without temping, you can't know for sure that you ovulated. I've heard of women getting several days of positive OPKs before they actually o.

No I don't temp. I am up and down all during the night. I was told it wouldn't be accurate readings because of this. :(

I go Monday for my progesterone blood-work. I hope I have ovulated already so it will show up on my blood-work.

I was told that you should go by your first + OPK.
GL and baby dust :dust:

Oh, I hope so!! :) Maybe my spermy & eggy have already met...I hope.

Yes, FIRST positive opk is the one that starts the 12-36 hour countdown to ovulation.

The others are just fun to look at :) (Unless you have reason to believe you do not ovulate after one typical LH surge.)

It sounds like you are under the care of a physician for fertility issues so hopefully they will be able to help!

I had bloodwork on cd22 and it confirmed ovulation. My progesterone level was 13.96. That is the highest progesterone level I've had out of 11 clomid cycles. I hope I conceive this cycle. If not I just got the call that they are referring me out. :(
