Aaaargh, what is with Dr Brown bottles and the leaking?!
We use SMA Staydown milk which says to use freshly boiled water, cool it under the tap then chill it in the fridge until you're ready to make the milk up.
Every time I put the water into the bottles, even when I don't screw the teat and cap on tightly (I've found screwing them tight makes it worse), about 40ml pours back out again...it's so annoying, plus I've scalded myself a few times
Then when we make a feed up and warm it in a jug of hot water, as soon as I go to test the temperature on my wrist, the milk pours out of the side!
Anyone else getting this or is it just me?!! It's honestly driving me mad, especially when Sophie's crying for a feed and I'm busy trying to get the milk to stop pouring out the side. It's not even as if I've heated it to be too hot - it's just at the temperature for her drinking.
