Driving test

I have my 1st driving test tomorrow morning and i'm bricking it!

Has anyone sat their test recently? Any advice lol? x

Easier said than done but try and relax, I found chatting to the examiner calmed me down I also used bach's herbal remedy to calm my nerves.

I'm probably not the best person to ask though as it took me 5 times to pass although when I did pass I only got 4 minors lol.

Good luck I don't have any real advice, I was strangely calm and fine on mine..My instructor asked if I was nervous before and I was like nope and she thought I was just saying it and I had her sit in the back while I took it and she saw I actually wasn't nervous and I passed first time. If I could bottle that up and sell it I'd be a millionaire but I didn't feel any pressure to pass I guess only my parents and instructor knew I was taking it. Just try not to syke yourself out and imagine its a normal lesson x

I passed first time a few months ago and i think it was because i made a mistake early on and then just assumed that i had failed so i didnt feel stressed anymore.

I made a few mistakes that could have made me fail but i think because i didnt faff he didnt mark me down so i would say even if you make a mistake try and stay calm and just deal with it, i missed the turning he told me to take and i just said im sorry shall i take the next one rather then panicing iykwim.

I passed second time! failed my first driving through a red light (yes seriously!!) i agree talking to the examiner helps!

I failed 2 tests and gave up. Soooooo annoyed with myself! Especially as dd's school is 2.5 miles away!!

Good luck! I was so nervous about my test (especially as my istructor told me that I was going to fail it 4 days before I took it!) Anyway, I did something within the first 10 minutes of my test that made me think I had failed (cant remember what it was now.) So I just thought, oh buggar it, I may aswell finish the test anyway and carried on. Turned out I hadnt mucked it up and I'd passed

You'll be fine, just take it slow at roundabouts, as long as you dont stop unnecessarily you'll do great.

Actually in shock haha

Got 6 minors for my steering and being too hesitant, but i'm happy with that because he took me on the hardest route with thousands of major roundabouts lol
