dropping night feeds

LO decided to drop his night feeds about 2 weeks ago. I'm quite surprised as he was usually having 2 a night, but it's great being able to send OH to settle LO during the night I'm a bit worried though, does this mean my period will return?

Mine started to return at 3 months when LO started having longer sleeps (7pm-3am 3am-6am). The really annoying thing was that once that happened he went back to waking lots and needing more feeds (2hrly) during the night with growth spurts etc

Maybe as your supply is more established the drop in feeds may not trigger a change in hormones and therefore AF appearing, fingers crossed.

My baby dropped her night feeds at 2.5 months. She's 5.5 months now and no sign of period! I wish! I want to have another now!!!

My baby dropped night feeds awhile ago...maybe 4 months? And I still have not had a period yet, knock on wood. He goes 11 hours without a feed generally, and at 8.5 months old I haven't had a period. So, I think it's different for everyone!

Yes. Different for everyone for sure! Hoping mine comes back in the next few months. I don't want to drop breast feeding to have to get it back! Eeeek!

Yeah, it might. Mine came back in that exact situation, after dropping from 2 to 1. Of course, he then started feeding more again at night, so two weeks later I had my period AND was up all night! Hope yours stays away if you don't want it back yet!
