DTD before or after positive opk?

Been using the clearblue digital ovulation kit with the smiley face and only DTD day of smiley and day or two after and still not pregnant l. Only on cycle number 3 but hoping to DTD a whole week before I expect ovulation then stop DTD! Has this worked for anyone else?

Well an opk does positive generally 4-48 hours before ovulation. You are best to dtd before and after positive opk if possible. If not then probably better just after positive opk.
