Hi girls, i'm due in less than 4 weeks with a baby girl but still can't decide on a name. I love both Imogen and Scarlett but can't choose between them so could you please give me your opinions. Also i have found a middle name for Scarlett but need help with choosing one for Imogen so any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! xx

Imogen Eloise
Imogen Sophia
Imogen Louisa
Imogen Faith
Imogen Grace
Imogen Rose

xx

They are both lovely names :flower:, why dont you just wait and see which one suits her best when shes born if you cant decide? I think if i had to choose one i would go with Scarlett, especially as you have a second name already picked . xx

Middle names:

Imogen Grace
Imogen Rose
???

I like both Imogen Rose and Imogen Grace, thanks for the ideas.

MUMOF5- I will probably end up waiting and seeing what she looks like before i decide but i would feel more organised if i had a name chosen before she was born if that makes sense! xx

I know what you mean :) were set on Olivia-Mae but that could change if she doesnt look like one! xx

I had a name picked out for my second daughter, from the moment we found out she was a girl her name was going to be Taylor, when she was born she looked nothing like a Taylor, after a week of having no name we came up with Sofia, a name that I never even liked/considered before . xx

I did the same thing with my son. I decided he was going to be Reece as soon as i found out he was a boy at the 20 week scan. But 6 days after he was born i was having doubts that he looked like a Reece and now he's Dylan. I just wish i had a preference to one of the two names but i really like them both equally and my other half is no help what so ever.

I voted Scarlett, such a pretty name! Love it! One of those names I just can't use .. 2 Scarletts in the family already! xx

i love both names! but id go with Imogen, as it can be shortened to Immy if you wanted whereas you cant really shorten Scarlett... :)

i think theyre bolth lovely names but if pushed id pick imogen

Voted for Scarlett -- so pretty & seems to be less common...

I like Scarlett...only because I'm not exactly sure how to pronounce Imogen...I keep wanting to say it like "imagine" which would be odd for name so I'm assuming that's not it.

But if you like both the names, what about

Scarlett Imogen
or
Imogen Scarlett

Thanks to everyone for voting. I still have not made a decision but its giving me something to think about.

Pixydust- That's the only thing putting me off Scarlett, what can it be shortened to? I hate the thought of her being called Scar or Lettie. At least Imogen can be called Immie which is sweet.

I like mommy2baby2's idea, the names go well with each other so why not use both? :)
Both combinations sound beautiful!
I love your name choices

Love both names - see what she looks like on arrival! I like Imogen Sarah or Imogen Robin, good luck with your names xx
