dull back ache

im 30weeks pregnant with my second baby and i have just started getting a really dull back ache, i never got this with my first so i am a bit concerned. has anyone else had it? and is it anything to worry about?

It could be a multitude of things but best to see your MW. Low grade back ache can be a sign of a bladder infection, kidney stones, SPD, early onset of labour or just one of those little blessings that pregnancy brings. Best to talk to some one involved in your care.
