Are they safe to be smoked around pregnant women?

So little research has been done on them I'm guessing no one has yet done that particular piece of research.

as far as i know i would say yes because no harmful smoke goes out.. its just water vapors..

My friend smokes one but she refuses to smoke it around me. I think they are safe though.
