Early back pains!

Has anyone else been getting bad back pain a bit earlyer on? I am 19weeks 2morro and been getting really sore backs since Dec, i told the midwife who said it was normal, But its killing me at work (i work in a nursery so up and down all day) a friend gave me a back supporter thing that she used from mothercare but its still really sore, spesh at nights after work! Has anyone else had this? and if so any tips on how 2 get rid? thanks

That helps me too.

I'm also getting horrible back pain. I really have to think about how and when I pick up my toddler!

Working in a nursery will be difficult, just consider how you are lifting and moving things and when you're sitting try and keep good posture with back support. I hope it eases a bit for you.
