Early gender scans.. tell me your experience!

So with my daughter I had my anatomy scan at 18+3 and the umbilical cord was in the way and she “thought” it was a girl. I had to go back at 22 weeks anyway because they didn’t get the best pictures and it was confirmed she was a girl.

This time we are pretty impatient with it being twins and scheduled an early scan at 16+4. I’ve heard wonderful things about the place we are going and they have been correct. She starts gender scans st 15 weeks, my one friend went at 12 and was told she was having a boy and she was correct! But going early just makes me nervous that they’ll be too small to tell. Help ease my mind!

I've had three gender scans around 16 weeks with my three so far and all were correct

we had a gender scan this time round at 15 +2 and she was cery confident. confirmed at scans at 20 and 23 week's

I had a gender scan at 15+6 and had it confirmed at 20 and 25 weeks, they were definitely right!

Had mine at 17w 2 days and confirmed at 20 weeks

at 13 weeks my high risk ultrasound tech said she was 95 percent positive I was having a girl, went and had a gender scan at 15 weeks and she confirmed girl, and at my 20 weeks still a girl

Thanks for easing my mind I was afraid it was too soon. We go in next Monday!

My 13w ‘nub’ ultrasound was told boy (the nub was pointing up from the spine more than a 30 degree angle, if the nub is parallel to the spine it indicates girl)

Today at 15w 3d I was confirmed boy

I also have 3 daughters, they were confirmed girl at
1st born - 20 weeks
2nd born - 20 weeks
& my third I was impatient so went at 16w 1d

EDIT TO ADD - although scan says 16w I was actually 15w 3d, they don’t go gender before 16w so I was cheeky and took 4 days off my due date at the private scan

With 2 of my kids I had gender scans at 15 weeks & they were both correct. For baby #4 I am going at 15+3, mainly just to confirm that early blood test I had done!

The ultrasound tech was 99% sure at 13 weeks we are having a boy. Got the anatomy ultrasound tomorrow at 17 weeks, excited for that!

Had an internal scan at 15+2 to check cervix length and found out I'm having a boy. Very clear image of boy parts. Found out at 16 weeks abdominal ultrasound with my first boy clear image of boy parts.

Anatomy scan today confirmed 2 boys! I’m due August 16th but it appears we have some cord insertion issues so more than likely they’ll be delivered in July.
