Has anyone got any easy homemade recipes they wouldnt mind sharing?

I want to make something homemade for baby maybe a fish pie or something wholesome but havent really made anything myself before!

I've asked OH for a cookbook for xmas :happydance:

What do you like to eat yourself? Pretty much the same but cook without salt, honey, whole/big pieces of nut and make sure stuff like egg is cooked through properly before a year old.

My kids have always enjoyed home made pizza, it's so easy, you can put a million different things on it and it's not unhealthy either. I use Delia's recipe here for the dough - https://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/italian/pizza/basic-pizza-dough.html but halve the salt. For the sauce, I mix a few tablespoons of tomato purée with some garlic paste, a good glug of olive or veg oil, then some hot water to thin it a bit and whatever herbs you like. Then sprinkle with some cheese, less is more, and add some cooked veg or stuff that will cook quickly in the oven e.g. spinach leaves, pineapple, sliced peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives... whatever you like on a pizza! It's not bad health-wise and has gone down well with both of my kids from 6 months :) As LO gets older, he/she can help you make it too :)

Ive found the Netmums site quite good for family meals without the extra salt etc put in during cooking.
E.g i got a Fish Pie recipe off there and lo loves it and so do we!!

Other than that i just mash/whizz up or separate our meals for lo and when it comes to salt etc that she cant eat i cook accordingly.

How old is your LO-what stage of weaning are you at?

Nearly 9 months, we're trying BLW so she already mostly has what we have but it's getting a bit boring, wanted to try some nice new recipes.
