Eating less and spitting up more

My baby is just under a month old. For the past two days she's been really fussy when feeding (she's breastfed) and eating for much less time than usual. She's also spitting up after every feeding, which I know is normal...but in this case she might nurse for only 3 minutes and she'll still spit up. Right now she's only feeding for ten minutes every 3 hours, and half the time I have to try and make her eat because she doesn't seem to be interested. She even fights it sometimes, maybe eats for a few minutes and then starts crying and scratching me. It's not a supply issue, as I can pump after a feeding and still get quite a bit of milk.

Does this sound concerning? Has anyone else experienced this?

its thrush  sorry i just couldn't resist since no one responded!

You should keep an eye on her as it could potentially be GERD/reflux.

DS started the same way, by fighting me at feedings and taking in much less milk (he then started dropping on the growth charts). But he has silent reflux so he never actually spits up, he swallows the acid. Watch for other signs - inability to nap for long periods during the day, frequent waking and feeding during the night, inconsolable screaming, frequent and wet-sounding burps, regurgitation sounds in the throat, frequent hiccups, arching the back during feedings and going rigid (this is a biggie). If you notice them, speak to your pediatrician, she may need meds if it gets worse and there are lots of other things you can do to help it along.

Anything more than mild reflux is really horrid to live through.
