Hi ladies, quick question.
I sold a pie maker on eBay, it's quite heavy so the postage was £7. It was brand new in the box and never opened, and had never been mishandled by myself, but stupidly I didn't check it over before I sent it. Now the buyer has emailed me saying it is smashed up inside and wants a full refund. I asked her to send it back to me for a full refund, but if it is indeed smashed up, am I oblige to refund the postage costs of her sending it back to me as well? Otherwise I'd be happy just to see a picture of the damaged item. Can I claim the cost back off the post office?
Many thanks ladies xx
