ebay question...

I was bidding on some books on ebay but was outbid a few days ago and have now bought the books elsewhere. I just received an e-mail from ebay telling me I am the high bidder again as someone else had retracted their bid!! I have messaged the seller and told her I won't be buying the books as I got them somewhere else but does anyone know what happens if I win the auction and don't pay? Also the price has went down to what my original bid was I've never heard of this happening before! Thanks

I had the same situation before!just wait when auction is finish maybe someone outbid you or if you win seller cancell transaction or contact eBay and remove your bid too.hope I helped!

Fine now - seller mailed to say she understands I won't be buying them and will cancel from her end. Thanks all
