Eeeeek! 1 week till 3rd tri...

Title says it all really! Where has the time gone? Anyone else joining 3rd tri soon?

I will be there in two weeks! Can't believe that it's already here. Second tri seemed to drag on forever but now that we are reaching the end of it, I just want to hold on to these last few bits of being somewhat comfortable and having my baby to myself

I have loved this pregnancy so not in any rush for it to finish - I have forgotten how uncomfortable third tri can be as its been so long since my last pregnancy but feeling so relaxed right now that it is just going too fast

I'm officially there tomorrow. It seems crazy! At the beginning it felt like this pregnancy had dragged so much but now that I'm looking at only 13 weeks until due date I can't help but wonder where the time has gone

Congrats on the little one! Ill be over there in a little over a week! I agree that it seems the closer I get to the end, the faster things are going. Especially with the approaching holidays. I am just trying to slow down and enjoy this time the best I can.

Angelmum I agree that I have loved this pregnancy although it is my first. Once I got over being so emotional it really started to agree with me :~)

I can already feel the third trimester starting to creep in. Just the other day driving home I had my first experience with sciatic pain. And RLS is settling in again. Almost forgot all about it from first tri, but this time it has come back with vengeance!

lol. Well sheesh! Now i'm excited!!

Fading- It feels like such a big jump doesn't it? Second trimester seemed so natural. In one way I am ready for the last leg of this journey, but then I see everyone talking about labor and I am sooooo unprepared for that part. lol

Oh yes labour! i prob need a repeat c section so I am trying not to worry about it at the moment until its confirmed.

I am hoping to avoid the majority of third tri niggles - apart from obviously getting bigger and the odd painful baby movement, this pregnancy has been a breeze (makes me want another already but think I am pushing my luck...)

Jules it seems like a huge milestone! Definitely unprepared for labor.... I can read up all I want to on what physically happens but it still seems abstract and elusive.

Angelmum I agree this pregnancy has been great! Aside from the nausea still creeping up, but I can manage. When do you find out if you are going to have a C-section/are you trying to do a VBAC?

AFM I woke up tired again. Just found out that OH planned a surprise Thanksgiving trip to the beach at his uncle's condo. We are also going there for Christmas! Very wonderful news. MW appointment tomorrow, possibly a GTT test seeing as I am 25 weeks and have not had it yet. Hoping LO will be cooperative and active as usual

Yey! Is it your first? I see you are team pink - girls are amazing - My daughter is the most amazing little girl - I am team blue this time so will get to experience both!

I am lying down watching him squiggle! Doesnt bode well for sleep when he always becomes a tive at this time

Would love a vbac but had major complications with dd's birth so not sure if its wise... I am happy for another c section but just dont want the recovery time as I have a four year old to look after too. I am under consultant led care not midwifery so will go with consultant's advice - not seeing her again until 32 weeks so going to try and not stress until then x

Yep! I'm SO excited, haha. She is indeed a little miss! How lovely that you get to experience both, I'm sure little boys are just as lovely! Is your daughter excited to have a little brother?

Little miss is the same, she comes alive of a night when I get into bed and early morning! She wriggles a little bit throughout the day but nothing like at night and early morning- doesn't bode well, does it! Hope you get some sleep

I sleep well but never wake up feeling as if I have had enough!

My dd took a lot of convincing about baby being a boy as she wanted a sister but she has come round to it! We thought explaining that baby wouldnt want to borrow her clothes or princess dresses etc would help but it made it worse as apparently she wanted to share her things! Oh well - think this boy may well be in dresses a lot of the time if she has her way

Yay, Friday for me! I'm so excited. Third tri is so intimidating for me for the first month, but after that, it is GREAT! (Remind me of this when I'm in there, whining about how uncomfortable I am! Lol)
