egg whites for lubrication

Anyone tried this? been reading conflicting views online. is it as gross as I think it will be? im pretty sure im ovulating and I cant get any preseed or conceive plus right now

lol i wish! no its actually using egg whites as a lubricant. some women find it brilliant and get a bfp after trying it ( as it can help hostile cm and its the most natural environment for spermies) , and other women say its just nasty. u need to have a fresh egg out the fridge for about an hour to get to room temp. separate whites and yolk. mix up the whits, and with a needle-less syringe suck up 15ml of the whites and then, yknow, put it up inside ya and then immediatly have sex. WEIRD!!!

I've heard about a lot of people doing this with AI - ie when you're syringing the stuff in anyway. Actually I was almost tempted once, simply because it would be a way of making sure you used every last bit of sperm - insert the sperm, then suck up the egg whites into the same syringe and insert that too.

Personally I'm too worried about the (very very small) chance of salmonella or listeria to do it myself, but I've read loads of women have good results with it. I'd find it a bit weird to actually use it and then have sex, but I guess we all do loads of strange things whilst ttc!

lol i know I never thought I would actually contemplate putting egg whites up THERE but I thought I was pregnant the last few days and then I got ferning on my saliva opk so I figure Iv been feeling so out of whack because Im only ovulating NOW and I am totally unprepared. no opks, no lube, no bd plan, nothin. eek

If you got salmonella from eggs then body builders wouldn't able to eat a whole egg raw.Also in UK every Chicken should be vaccinated against salmonella.The miracle pregnancy book i think from Beth kylie states its fine to use egg whites and in fact it one of the most closest things to Human CM i I have 3 chickens in my back garden wouldn't personally put it up there lol because ive seen where the eggs come from yuck!! lol. Can cause Infection's but thats down to the individual x

i got pregnant both times without any extra lubrication, but they do sell preseed at target if you are to dry ... egg whites might work, but if my husband and i get all into having sex and i would go into the kitchen, and take a bowl and and egg and start my business he would have enough and be like its enough, RELAX!

Let's be honest girls, this is absolutely disgusting!
There's a reason things have developed so that we have proper 'pro-fertile' lubrication, and don't have to resort to the medieval use of egg whites!
