Hi, is anyone here from Australia? I'm heading there for my annual trip this month. I'd like to find out from any of you, how much electric breast pups are in Oz, and where can I find the more reasonable priced units?

I'm trying to compare prices between 3 countries so I know where best to buy from. Thanks!

i paid roughly 100 dollars for my NUK electric breast pump from kmart ...having said that this was 5 yrs ago ,sorry i cant be more help x

hi hun they range from 100+ i got the tomme tippe closer to nature one thats 200 i havent used it yet but it looks really good..

i know avent are good from friends..there anywhere from 150 i think..manual are cheaper

Does it take long to extract milk using a manual pump? My first pregnancy and everything's just so new and confusing LOL

I've heard Philips Avent was good for their bottles and such, but it is more expensive in Malaysia, compared to Singapore. Since I am going to Melbourne and Sydney this month, I thought maybe it could be cheaper there.

I still haven't checked for the other brands, but will do this weekend at the mall.

Ill be looking at pumps after bubs is here too. Electric ones are so pricey tho its ridiculous

Im gonna see how i go, for the amount of times ill use it i may just go with a manual

Are they really that bad?

I would love to know too if it's tiring to use a manual pump. If it's not much of a difference, then I won't mind getting on. It'll save a little money. Also, wouldn't know if LO would take kindly to breastfeeding for more than 6 months.
