I'm sure i wont be the only 1 to feel like this but its really getting me down

Anyone else ever feel that stressed/low that they just cant cope? M little boy is my whole life but sometimes i even take it out on him by shouting a little too much when he's misbehaving. I hate feeling like this & soon apologise after rbut i'm often left in tears at the end of every day cos i just feel so low

I know i'm not a bad mam but sometimes i just feel i cant go on anymore. Anyone else ever feel like this

I know what you mean, I'm the same some days and my daughters only two months old.
It's good that you understand it's not you being a bad mum because your not, by it making you feel so crap that shows how much of a good mum you are iykwim?

Things can easily get ontop of you when your a Childs main carer, especially if your there only carer (single parent) so it's normal to be stressed.

Do you get any time to yourself? Even if it's just a long soak in the bath or doing an activity you used to enjoy. Just so you get some me time, it helps you get your identity back and is very therapeutic.

I have times when I feel like this or like u shout abit too much when Zane plays up. But u can keep going because we have to, our babies need us to.

Try doing stuff for ur self, I no while I was pregnant with Corey n Zane was in bed I'd jump in the bath n have me time....I've not been able to do that much myself...thanks Corey lol but it really helped me to relax n to have a think

I have days when i feel like this too, makes me feel so guilty for shouting when he's just a baby and doesn't know better. I usually end up i tears too. When i have a low day i feel like i cant go on, sometimes i just dont want to be near my own son. Its so sad because i love him so much. I think its more just us being over emotional rather than actually wanting to upset our kids. But sometimes when your own your own 24/7 you have no one else to take it out on. I just try to get through the day and start afresh the next day.

Your definitly not a bad mum, i bet there are loads of people who feel the same.

I dont get much time to myself tbh, not without jayden. I'm so glad i'm not the only one who feels like it though so thankyou for all your comments & advice

I think i've had about 3 relaxing baths since i've had jayden lol soon as he hears the water running he's wanting to come in (he could be sock on & wake up afterr mebing in 10 mins, must get a feeling haha) but i suppose it'll get better as he's older.

Bad thing is on somedays he gets the brunt of it yet its not his fault. I feel so sorry for him at times i just need to try & stop things getting on top of me

Gonna try & find a hobby to do to give me abit of me time just so i can wind down & rekax x

Yeah you'll be suprized at how a hobby will help just that little bit of you time, it works wonders.

Things will get better when your LO gets older, soon enough it will be embarrassing to bath with mummy then you can have as many relaxing baths as you want!

do you have much adult company? Where you talk about yourself (as well as your LO)

I'm with my mam & dad everyday as they live across the road but the foxus is mainly on jayden which is understandable loll & i dont really like talkin to them as they think i'm just being a drama queen :/ gotta hobby in mind so think im gonna go down that route x

Its actuually painting canvas's for my mates kids bedrooms haha theyve wanted me to do it awhile ago but never bothered so gonna give it a go

And thankyouu lol alot of people say its a girls name more than a boys buut i disagree

And no! Definately a boys name, I've never heard of a girl called Jayden it's ALWAYS little boys, I think.

I know 2 ggirls what are called jayden & it just doesnt suit them, whether thats cos ive got a son with the same i dont know lol but its definitely a boys name i reckon

Actually feeling a little better today aswell, was gonna go to the docs but i'm starting to get a lil bit more energy now & not so mad at everyone lol x
