Endo and using Vitex

Hi everyone! I've been diagnosed with stage 3 endo and I've had a laparoscopy about 6 months ago. We have been ttc for about 2 1/2 years with no luck. My doctor tried me on Letrozole for 3 cycles. I still had no pregnancy. I have low progesterone as well and He wants to move straight to IVF but I don't want to do that. I have been researching Vitex and Fertilaid. Has anyone with stage 3 endo had any success with these pills? Or anything else I could try!!? I am desperate and tired of the disappointment. thanks so much!
