Equate digital inside

Hi ladies! Does anyone know how to read a equate digital test strip inside? I got a not pregnant but when I opened the test it showed two lines?? I am confused, do you know why this could be or if it’s an error?

Al digital have 2 lines no matter what the result as they work differently to any other test. It’s best not to ever open those ones as they are confusing and get people’s hopes up
