Well you could say our little girl was eager to come into the world seeing as she was 6 days early and I was only in labour for 2 hours 5 mins.
It started off a normal morning with just afew back pains but I knew that I was in labour seeing as my other daughter is only 11 months old so it wasn't all that long ago the first time round. Once we got to the hospital we had to wait in the assessment centre were things started to progress really quickly, infact the midwife even took her gloves and some towels in the lift with us seeing as we all thought I wouldn't make it to the delivery room. I am pleased to say that I did make it into the delivery room but with only 5 toots of gas and air and 7 mins later our beautiful little girl was born weighing 7lb 14oz.
I still can't believe how quickly it all happened and I think when we decide to have another one maybe a home birth might be a good option
