Evening Primrose Oil - when to use it?

Hello ladies!

I've been taking EPO for the last 6 months or so to help with PMS.

I've never taken it before, and remember the first time I was TTC seeing threads on here on when you should or shouldn't take it when TTC.

Please could someone remind me why and when/if I should use it when TTC, as we hope to start trying in the New Year.

Or should I just put what I've got left in the bin?!

Use it up to ovulation! because it tends to cause slight contractions in the uterus along with increased cm, which may lead to m/c. Not the increased cm part, that's def a plus for me at least.
