Every thing is so up and down.. what is going on with me?

I am 7weeks and 1d, and I am so confused about this pregnancy. My first was born so long ago it seems, and I cant really remember enough to compare, even though I know all pregnancies are different. The thing is, I had been feeling so nauseous since Saturday, then yesterday and today have been feeling a little more energetic and less sick. The nausea has not subsided entirely, and my sense of smell is still ON FIRE... But I have recently had a loss and just can't make sense of the subtle yet marked changes in the way I feel.

Has my body adjusted somewhat to the hormones?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Should I be worried, or call my midwife?

I wish I could afford an ultrasound.
