Ewcm and ovulation experts needed

I thought I was ovulating around cd14. CD 11-13 was minor cramps then on CD 14 and 15 I felt right sided cramps. Well on cd 16, 18 , and now today cd20, I got ewcm. I have not used any opk except for today, I used one to see if by any chance I was ovulating and it came back neg. My question is, is this normal to get so far after ovulation? Also, is there any chance this is fertilization but with no blood just ewcm? Praying someone can give me some insight.
