EWCM Post OV

Hi

This may have been asked before, but about 7dpo I had what I can only describe as shriveled EWCM. It was like dried glue. Still stretchy, and was more opaque in colour, but was very unlike the rest of the CM.

Any ideas?

afraid the only help to you i can be is that women can get ewcm throughout any stage in their cycle (although it is most common around fertile time)

This happened to me too this month and it leaves me very confused as well!

Is it sticky CM? Like EWCM but doen't stretch and not clear?

I had the same thing today! Totally like dried glue...very sticky and stretchy...freaked me out a little! TMI, but, kinda reminded me of rubber cement!LOL the things you notice when TTC.

I had this too on cd14 which confused me as well. Maybe I'm paying TOO much attention to details! lol

Amazing what we "see" when TTC.

The best description was it looked like the glue that leaks out the lid of the superglue and cures.

Promise I have not been trying to stick anything down there!!!!

Guess it's just one of those wonderful things about being a woman!!!

We also get a second estrogen surge mid post ovulation, so it wouldn't be uncommon to see some EWCM at this stage. The surge isn't as great as that which triggers Ovulation but it could be enough to put a change in your CM!
