I know that you can monitor this to predict when ovulation can occur, but how does this actually work?
 
Basically if you monitor your cm you can tell when your most fertile...it changes all thru the month and when you are most fertile it goes like exactly like raw egg white and goes really stretchy (soz for tmi)

Basically its job is to provide a healthy environment for sperm to survive in and helps them get to the egg because of the consistency also acts as a lube

I have about 2 days a month with ewcm, some people have more some have less..some dont even get it at all
 
Thanks for that! I knew it was something like that, but wasn't sure how it coincided with the rest of the cycle!
