Hey girls,

i was wondering if any of you could help me out on this one....

i started a combat exercise class about a month ago (there is lots of movement and it is very intense, lots of jumping around and stretching)

okay, so the thing is i have only been to one of these sessions as i am scared that this kind of exercise is not good during the TWW.

do you girls think i should do something else which is less intense or would it be okay to carry on??

advice would be much appreciated:)

xx

I don't know from any experience, but I would probably try something a little bit lighter! Do you get kicked in the stomach etc????

And also as you haven't been doing it for too long your body won't miss it!

Hope you find something else you enjoy doing

If you have been doing it for a while, you are probably okay to keep doing it, as long as it doesn't involve physical contact. Healthier blood flow to the uterus is a good thing. Of course, always ask your doctor for these sorts of things if you are concerned. =)

Hi Madam,

I was told that exercise is a good thing and that we should go for it by a friend who has 3 kids and also is a qualified personal trainer! So I would so go and do it!

Exercise releases endorphins that will stop you getting stressed waiting for the 2WW to be over.:)

I did Zumba during my 2ww and it was fine. (Zumba is a class with fast moving dance moves).

i hope its a good thing! i ran a 1/2 marathon this past sunday...i think it will be fine though. Exercise is encouraged during pregnancy and the more your body is used to prior to pregnancy the more you can do while your pregnant!

yeh i thought so, but i was abit unsure so thaought i would ask.

good luck to all you ladies out there.

xx
