Expanding Ad Getting in The Way

Hullo!

Thought you'd want to know about this. When i go to my control panel i get this ad from Tu at Sainsbury. It expands whether i want it to or not - same with the Aptamil one, but that doesn't seem as bad. I click to close it and it does, but as soon as i scroll down to look at my CP it comes back up again. It does this 3 or 4 times on the trot. I've uploaded a screenshot in case you need it.
