extreme fatigue.... help :( advice please mummys

girls!! i have such bad fatigue i get up and im awake for about 2 hours then i nap and then i get up then im awake maybe 4 hours and then im so so tried again then i go to bed so early and sleep right through to morning and the next day it just repeats itself i am so so exhausted i know my iron is a little low and i am on medication i am 14 weeks today and i feel like im irritating my husband with how tired i am i feel awful as we have 2 kids and im literally just exhausted i just need sleep sleep and more sleep anyone else feeling the same?
i feel like people must just think i am so lazy but i genuinely am exhausted 24-7!!!!!!

Yes! I have been feeling this lately. We have one son (1.5years old) and im exhausted! But i also think i have been fighting a cold. COuld you be getting sick or has this been going on since first tri?

How is your iron levels? My iron gets low in first tri and wipes me out completely, maybe get a supp from the chemist if you dont have one in the cupboard and check your bloodwork for iron level.
