extreme mood swing at 38+4?

Anyone else have a massive mood swing like this? This morning I was mad at every thing and then started bawling and couldn't stop. So bad I had to leave work early

I was like this yesterday and I haven't cried that hard in a long time the smallest thing I felt like. Was the end of the world
