Extremely sore nipples

Have any of you had extremely sore nipples during 2nd tri? Not breasts in general, just painful hard nipples?

Yes!!! Don't know how far into the second tri you are but I had really sore nipples around 20 weeks I think and it lasted for around 2-3 weeks, they're not bad anymore thought and I'm about 24 1/2 weeks

You're not alone. I am currently 16w5d and have had sore nipples since I was about 6 weeks.

yep, I've had sore nipples from around 8 weeks and they're still painful at times xxx

Mine went from being sore to itching like crazy and leaking clear fluid (TMI).

Have u also noticed your areola also looks more like a nipple now? I'm sorry for being a Goofball. Mine were pierced long ago so idk if my body is doing the normal things. It's a huge deal for me to be able to breast feed so I'm kinda in nervous mode. Plus my left one seems way more baby ready than my right. Lol my right one is the slower pup ATM. Plus the actual nipple is constantly "at attention" whereas before they'd always try n hide. They're kinda driving me nuts lately.
