Extremely tender breasts (sorry if wrong place)

I've been poorly with flu now have a awful cough my gp gave me antibs today but every time I cough my chest hurts so bad plus I have extremely sore tender breasts not to touch just in general my periods due today nothing yet but don't usually have sore boobs like this before I also feel a bit iffy nauseas but drs test was neg what's wrong with me could all be to do with my cough?

Sorry for the essay but I'm so worried and the doc didn't really help xxx
