Wasn't sure where to post this but I know loads of you girls have facebook.

Just wanted opinions on something :

On Facebook, on the info page, do you put in your full address, Phone number etc?

My OH does it and it drives me mad. I don't understand why somebody would put up their full address when it could easily be passed on. I might just be paranoid because my OH's biological 'dad' was really really violent when he was a little boy and recently his family have tried to get in contact through one of Craig's friends, and I see the details as a way of contact( he hasn't seen his 'dad' since he was about 8. He just doesn't get why I'm so uptight about it.

So... do you do it? Am I being irrational xx

I wouldn't put information like that. I just have hometown/current location and put my city. I'd be too scared to put my full address, lol.

my mobile number is on it, but i have a completly private profile so only friends can see it, and I know everyone on my friendslist so it doesnt bother me

I've got my celly number on there, but my profile is completely private so no one can see if but my friends But I definitely wouldn't put my whole address, even though it's private there are still weirdos out there that can hack that and having someone have my number is a lot different then them having my home address. You're not being irrational at all!

only thing i would tell is my full name and even that sometimes i don't like to do

Thanks girls... so glad it's not just me being daft. He doesn't understand why it bothers me so much, I don't want some weirdo knowing where we live. But I logged into his FB and took the details away and the dafty didn't even notice. xx

totaly understand my facebook is completely private, only friends can see it... and if you search my name mine won't come up...
i also go through my friend list every so often, and delete anybody I haven't met or talked to in quite a while!! lol...

i put my cell number and my full name, but i'd NEVER put my full address. my boss at work started having an affair with another woman who was married that started through messages on facebook & he had his full address on there.. the husband of the woman he was chatting to, saw all the messages and threatened to go 'blow his brains out'. so he like knew his address, and my boss has little kids.. i was like wooooow why would you put your address on there?! it's ridiculous. he could've gotten himself, his kids and his wife shot or something!!
