Failed HCG Trigger Shot...anyone else?

I am freaking out just a bit because I had an HCG trigger shot to ovulate on Friday May 9 with two dominant follicles measuring 21 mm each. My doctor was giddy that I could have twins (I ignore that since I don't want to have unrealistic expectations).

She triggered me with 10000 dose...but here I am over 48 hours later and I've yet to ovulate. I am so tender there it hurts to even walk, but now I'm afraid I hyperstimulated.


Does anyone have experience with this? Any hope for me for this month?

You can't tell for sure if you ovulated or not without a progesterone draw. 2 eggs is not a hyperstimulation, also you didn't say what trigger shot
