Hi ladies,
Sorry to crash your 3rd Tri group, but I wanted to see if anyone could share with my a success story coming out of a faint +HPT around 12-14dpo!

These are my tests so far:

12DPO

13DPO

Is there any hope with these tests?

I'm super paranoid as I've always gotten my BFPs earlier, around 10DPO, and by 13dpo they have been a lot darker than this. That being said, they have all ended in M/C so I don't know if that's very reliable...

All I can tell you is that how dark the line for BFP is is not reliable as far as viability of pregnancy, that I know. There's a bunch of factors like concentration of your urine, time of day etc.
As far as personal experience, I've had 5 pregnancies all together -
first one I got a really dark, obvious line within like 3 seconds of peeing on the stick and that one ending in m/c a week later :(
Second one I had to take 3 tests because I wasn't sure since the line was so faint (not positive but I was aprox. 2 weeks DPO) - that one's my 7 year old son :)
Third and forth both first tri m/c and lines were for sure there but not dark.
This pregnancy the lines were obviously positive but definatly not dark by any means and I was a good 4-5 weeks DPO (not TTC, surprize lol).
Sooo, as you can see, darkness of the line has nothing to do with anything. Do you have an appt. yet to get your HCG levels done if you're worried? With history of m/c hopefully they'll do if for you soon :) Good luck hun :hugs:

Hi Mommy, congratulations on your little surprise! Hehe :)

Thanks for sharing, I appreciate it. After losses its so easy to start reading into *everything*.

I have a doc appt today, and im pretty sure he'll send me for my betas. Will keep you posted xxx

You're welcome hun :flower: I know it's hard and scary after dealing with losses so any advice I can share to help someone I'm more than happy to :flower:

Good luck at the doctor! :hugs:

Hi hun. Your clear blue looks a lot like my first BFP this time on day 25 of my last cycle (not sure about DPO as I'm not sure when I ovulated) and I am now 33+3wks. I know it's scary after a loss, but try to relax since worrying will do nothing to change the outcome. Good luck at the dr and let us know what they say:flower:

my bfp was very light right around the time af was due. so I took two digitals one said pregnant one said not. so a week later I took another pink dye test and got a nice dark bfp. A line is a line that means an egg has implanted. try to relax and take care of yourself and your little bean from here on out you cant control what happens. Best of luck!!

I would just see if your Dr. will do a beta for you. Even if the beta is lower than expected don't freak out. I have a friend who is pregnant and her beta's were very low (in the hundreds, when they should have been in the thousands) and she has seen a healthy baby with a heart beat twice already. Hcg levels can indicate a problem, but can't always predict one for certain!

I know how hard it is being pregnant after a loss, but all we can do is hope that things work out better this time :)

I'm sorry I can't see a line :hugs:
I know my tests were more concentrated in the evening than the morning though- strange!

I can see the lines pretty clearly on all the pics, fingers crossed for you xxx

Hehe how bizzare, I reckon I can see them quite clearly! Though i do agree, my lines were darker in afternoon than morning! x

As long as the lines are not getting lighter day by day (assuming taken using FMU) you are fine!

My bfp was very light at 14 dpo. Instead of taking more hpt I opted for blood work. After several losses it was hard to believe so I wanted blood.

I had exactly the same 2 faint lines then the next day I got a clearblue Digital and it came up pregnant 1-2 weeks then I had some very light bleeding and thought it might be a chemical and thought I was out of luck but here I am at nearly 36 weeks and this was after 1 mc in 1st tri, don't give up home poppet try and rest and look after yourself and try not to panic easier said than done xxx

I can definitely see some colour to them although very faint. If it were one test then you could question it as grey but I think as you have used various different brand tests, the chances of an evap on every test is almost zero. It probably depends on screen resolution etc as to what everyone can see.

Just a thought, I also had three unexplained losses before this pregnancy and with this one, I took 75mg aspirin daily. Turned out after some blood tests that I have low protein C which is directly linked with recurrent MC's. Low dose aspirin doesn't do any harm but please discuss with your doctor rather than self medicate.

Those lines look like the start of something to me! They're exactly like the lines I was getting to begin with! Fingers crossed and Good luck xxx

i took hpt at 11, 12dpo and didn't see anything but on 13,14,15dpo i got very faint lines. i went into the dr to get a blood test on 16dpo and it was positive. the rule is if there's a colored line it's + regardless of how dark or light it is. if you're still getting faint lines get a beta from your dr, that will work better than a urine test at the doc because our hpts are more sensitive than theirs. good luck!

I can't really see lines :( mine was very faint at 8dpo and got darker as the days went on. I then took a digital when AF was due.

Xx

Id say it luks like a bfp! My bfp didnt get dark on a frer this time for some reason! X
