Faint Line on one test followed by three negatives. CVS one step. Help!?

So I included a picture of my faint positive! Please tell me if any of y'all have experienced a faint positive followed by negatives, and what was the outcome?

I would say that is a negative. Blue dyes get blue evaps (sometimes in the time frame) that are half lines or thin lines just like that one. Try again with a pink dye test .... FRER if you can get one

Thanks everyone. The only reason I'm not sure if it was an veal is because it popped up almost immediately. So I am still totally confused. Still no period though!
