Faint line on pregnancy test 2 days in a row

Hi everyone!

I took an ept brand pregnancy test yesterday morning when I woke up and I had a pretty faint positive. That was 12 dpo (or atleast I think, I really can't be positive when I ovulated). This morning I took another test (first response early result) and it was also a very faint line. The line started off almost non exsistent, and then after about 1 or 2 minutes, was pretty faint. I've also been having mild cramps on and off since 6 dpo, and little tinges here and there.

Does this sound promising? Should I just wait to test again in a few days? What pregnancy tests are the best to use from your experiences?

sounds like you are up the duff to me xxx

my first was so faint it was hardly distinguishable to the naked eye, yet i knew it was there lol. how dark the line is doesnt matter, if its there your pregnant.

a line is a line. mine are also faint. but definately there. and getting darker bit by bit. try again tomorrow if you are worried. xx

Sounds good to me!

I used FRER and got a strong positive at 9 and 11dpo so i would always recommend them!

Your hcg levels double every 24-48 hours so maybe try doing another in the morning and it will probably be darker!

Thanks bergebabe! I've been getting myself all freaked that i might end up having a chemical pregnancy because the line wasn't darker today. But i think i'm just being really, really impatient! Lol. Did you have cramps too right after having a positive?

The pregnancy test I took Tues was faint and it was still faint when I took another on thurs. However, I took another one today and it was darker than the control line so just give it some time, it will get darker

a faint line is still a positive.. i had the faintest of lines... u had to seriously look but it was there, and eh presto, pregnant!

hiya hun ur defo prego i tuk test wen i was 3 weeks gone 3 days in row line was so faint on all of them i think its cz u maybe so early on as im 8 weeks now an got a very strong line last week x

I personally had to try every day for 3 days until i believed it haha but if you would rather wait 2 days and get a much stronger line then do that!

Last Wednesday my first BFP was so faint I had to leave it on the windowsill and wake hubby up and ask him to check it before he went to work as I though I was seeing things - he then didn't feel the need to text me his verdict until he had got to work - 1.5 hours I was sat on edge of my seat! Even though he said he could see it I sill didn't believe it until Friday when I retested and the line had got a little darker, by Sunday it was much clearer, and today the same colour as the control line. It took 6 days though! Hubby has now tried to impose a ban on me testing anymore......we'll see lol

2 different tests.. if you look close you see a faint pink line.. FRER out of case. Positive ?!

plus the lines are pink not grey like evaps would be..
