faint positive line - what do you see?

So my period is 8 days late and this is my result from a dollar store test taken earlier today. Several other tests over the past couple of days have all showed faint lines as well. I had unprotected sex around my time of ovulation so it’s a definite possibility I’m pregnant, however I’m driving myself crazy wondering if I really am or not. Ladies, does this look like a positive test result to you??
